LC-QToFMS
The Bruker Impact HD provides high mass resolution and high sensitivity. Those features allow measurements of accurate masses for even trace compounds and the determination of their sum formulas. Another important feature of the QToFMS is the possibility of conducting MS/MS experiments to elucidate the structures of unknown compounds.

LC-QqQMS
The Bruker EVOQ LC system can be used for quantification of known target analytes. It provides high sensitivity and robust quantification over a wide concentration range.

- Triple Quad Mass Spectrometer
- Single Ion Monitoring; Multi Reaction Monitoring
Examples:
- Quantification of phytohormones involved in plant development and plant growth (JA, ABA, IAA, SA, JA-ILE)
- Quantification of glucosinolates from shoots and roots of different Brassica species
