The new issue of the "Highly Cited Researchers" lists six iDiv researchers: Jonathan Chase, Group leader Biodiversity Synthetis at iDiv and Professor at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (MLU) and five iDiv members: Prof Ian T. Baldwin (Max Planck Institute for Chemical Ecology, Jena), Prof Jonathan Gershenzon (Max Planck Institute for Chemical Ecology, Jena), Prof Helmut Hillebrand (Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg), Prof Ingolf Kühn Martin (Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research (UFZ) & Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (MLU)) and Prof Markus Reichstein (Max Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry, Jena). For the ranking, more than 3,000 researchers from 21 natural sciences and social sciences have been selected based on the number of the most frequently cited publications published between January 2004 and December 2014 over a period of 11 years.
