The article by Katharina Grosser and Nicole M. van Dam entitled “A Straightforward Method for Glucosinolate Extraction and Analysis with High-pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)” is now published in Journal of Visualized Experiments. Katharina and Nicole chose the video format to present a well-validated, targeted, and robust method. This method is regularly used in the lab of MIE to analyze glucosinolate profiles in a wide range of plant species and plant organs. We are happy to provide the visualization of this straightforward and cost effective method as Open Access publication.
